What's a recipe on a sports blog?
Let me explain. They are what this blog is called ex-ex-girlfriend not in the sense that we have left, but we got married, so now I am not morose, but his wife! - And, not having my blog, ho chiesto ospitalità su Govotones per partecipare al contest InventaMela ! di Arabafelice .
Continue cooking over medium heat until the apples are undone and the mixture has taken on a caramel-brown color (it will take about an hour), stirring occasionally, more frequently in the final stage.
In the meantime wash the jars with boiling water (used for those special homemade jams) and capsules (must be new), all carefully dried and put in an oven previously heated to 100 degrees then turned off: in this way the containers sterilize.
When cooked, fill the jars with the jam is still hot.
NOTES
- With these doses, you get two jars of 2 ½ kg and 125 g
- Try it in combination with a soft pastry, to bring the Heart-to-apple household.
