E' stato un week end magico coronato da una bellissima serata al Forum Mediolanum di Assago (MI) per assistere al concerto di una delle band che più ha consumato le pile del mio walkman da ragazzino cicciotto e sognatore.

I Simply Red dicono addio alle luci della ribalta con questo ultimo Farewell Tour. Per me era praticamente imperdibile.

Espulso per aver proferito espressioni ingiuriose all'indirizzo dell'arbitro reiterava tale contegno prima di uscire dal terreno di gioco. A fine gara seguiva l'arbitro negli spogliatoi rinnovando l'atteggiamento su indicato e, mentre il direttore di gara stava per chiudere la porta del suo spogliatoio colpiva la medesima con un forte schiaffo.

E' finito ottobre, mese di pausa sportiva. Ricomincio a praticare attività fisica, con calma, ma di fretta perchè i coccodrilli li lascio pettinare a qualcun'altro. E così dal momento che la giornata e il meteo invitano a starsene all'aria aperta a fare sport decido di comune accordo con i sempregiovani Action e Pol di partecipare alla prestigiosissima gara podistica "na spadzada par Bunden 2010" giunta alla 19esima edizione.
