The Judge of the Regional Committee of National Amateur League Puglia, Mr. Angelo Maria Romano, assisted by a representative of AIA, Mr. Pasquale Cariello (Officer of the CRA Puglia), in its session of 02/03/2010 adopted decisions which are reported below in full:
EVENTS OF 28/02/2010 (Championship)
AGAINST COMPANY '

arrival of the other team members of their service order taking an attitude of intimidation against the ID card sqadra host, and hindered access to some leaders of the latter. During the game these security guards inside the playing enclosure absolutely did not play their role but were concerned to intimidate the opposing team. During the interval, the keeper of the plant opened fire hydrants and wet to do with the unsportsmanlike penalty area that was occupied by the team's defense, unleashing the wrath of supporters of the latter. In such conditions, the subjects mentioned above and a manager not in list incited the fans with guest gestures and insults, leading to moments of great tension. The commissioners of the field prevented the guardian to continue wetting and calm was restored thanks to active cooperation of the manager of the escort Nardo. One of those involved in the security field caused by the exit of two players ejected and the opposing team, invited by the Commissioner of the field to leave the playing enclosure, declined to reply. At 45 'the second time - while there was an ongoing gathering of the players of the two companies, the same officer came on the pitch, creating further tensions and called on again by the commissioner to leave the field, turned to address his insulting remarks. At the end of race, the security officers mentioned in conjunction with other persons outside entered through the sudden opening of the gates of access to the playing field, participated in some fights between card holders of both companies as part of which took place repeatedly shoved and shoved. The same subject matter uttered insults and threats of any kind in respect of the guest card which barely reached the locker room and left the facility, escorted by police.

Delibere della Commissione Disciplinare Territoriale
La Commissione Disciplinare Planning, chaired by Adv. Angelo THE OLD MUST involving Att. Giancarlo De Peppe and rag. James Lattanzio (components) and with the participation of Mr. Domenico Cataldo (representing AIA) at its meeting of 1 March 2010 adopted the following measures:
Race: USD LUCERA SOCCER - A. TOMA MESH February 14, 2010.
Claim LUCERA USD FOOTBALL in opposition to the disciplinary measures taken by a referee against the company for the fine of € 300.00 as per the resolution stated on the Official Press Release No. 43 of 18 February 2010 of the Regional Committee Puglia.
- examination of official acts;
- read the complaint mentioned in the margin;
- experienced investigations;
- noted that the official acts was a recurrence of the presence of strangers not only to the locker room before interval between the first and second half, but after the race, so we adjusted the fine of € 300.00 appalesa imposed by the first judge, a sanction which does not merit any change and that this is shared by the Disciplinary Committee by Place PQM

dismiss the complaint brought by USD LUCERA FOOTBALL and, consequently, charge the fee on behalf of the complainant.
