Gara: A.S.D. TAURISANO - A.S.D. LIBERTY del 7 Febbraio 2010.
Reclamo della A.S.D. TAURISANO in opposizione ai provvedimenti disciplinari adottati dal Giudice Sportivo a carico della società per la penalizzazione di n. 2 punti in classifica, ammenda di € 2000,00 e inibizione sig. ROSAFIO Gianluigi di cui alla delibera riportata sul Comunicato Ufficiale n. 42 dell’11 Febbraio 2010 del Comitato Regionale Puglia.
- Esaminati gli atti ufficiali;
- letto il reclamo a margine citato;
- udito il rappresentante della ricorrente;
- esperite investigations;
- considered that investigations experiments have allowed the review of the whole affair and, in particular the commutation of penalty points for a race in the dispute behind closed doors, and on his farm, in addition to other previous disciplinary pursuant to art. 12 n. 6 paragraph 2 of the Code of Sports Justice, in addition to confirming the fine of € 2,000.00;
- also considered that the conduct of Mr President. Gianluigi Rosafio should be punished for unsportsmanlike anyway but with the mitigating provocation resulted from investigations carried out subsisting

- non addebitarsi la tassa stante il parziale accoglimento del ricorso.

- udito il rappresentante della ricorrente;
- esperite indagini;
- considerato che quanto dedotto dalla reclamante ha trovato solo parziale conferma negli atti ufficiali e nelle indagini esperite potendosi applicare, nella specie in esame, le attenuanti invocate dalla società reclamante così pervenendo alla più adeguata sanzione della disputa delle gare ad una sola giornata in campo neutro and behind closed doors, already discounted by the complainant in the course of this championship, however, confirmed the fine of € 2000.00
