Gara TAURISANO - LIBERTY MOLFETTA

Il Giudice Sportivo:

- letti gli atti ufficiali;
- rilevato che la gara si è svolta in campo neutro a porte chiuse a seguito di precedente sanzione comminata alla società TAURISANO ;
- che sugli spalti erano quindi presenti esclusivamente tesserati delle due società;
- che verso la fine del primo tempo un tesserato della società LIBERTY MOLFETTA non identificato ed il presidente del TAURISANO sig. ROSAFIO Gianluigi si picchiavano sugli spalti e venivano divisi dai carabinieri intervenuti sul posto ;
- che a fine gara, mentre i calciatori delle due squadre si apprestavano a lasciare l’impianto, dietro il pullman della società LIBERTY MOLFETTA il Commissario di campo ha udito grida ed urla e, prontamente accorso, ha notato una rissa che coinvolgeva tre tesserati della società LIBERTY e due dirigenti della società TAURISANO ;
- che immediatamente dopo si scatenava una rissa generale tra i calciatori e i dirigenti delle due società ed il Commissario di campo richiedeva nuovamente l’intervento dei carabinieri che da poco si erano allontanati;

Delibere della Commissione Disciplinare Territoriale

La Commissione Disciplinare Territoriale, presieduta dall’Avv. Angelo LO VECCHIO MUSTI con la partecipazione dell’Avv. Giancarlo DE PEPPO e dell’Avv. Gioacchino GHIRO (componenti) e con la partecipazione del Sig. Domenico CATALDO (rappresentante A.I.A.), nella riunione dell’8 Febbraio 2010 ha adottato i seguenti provvedimenti:

Gara: A.S.D. FORTIS TRANI - A.S.D. LIBERTY del 6 Gennaio 2010.

(Reclamo della A.S.D. FORTIS TRANI in opposizione ai provvedimenti disciplinari adottati dal Giudice Sportivo a carico della società per ammenda di € 1000,00 di cui alla delibera riportata sul Comunicato Ufficiale n. 38 del 14 Gennaio 2010 del Comitato Regionale Puglia).

- Esaminati gli atti ufficiali;

- esperite indagini dalle quali è emerso, senza ombra di dubbio, che il calciatore PARENTE Alessandro si è reso responsabile di comportamento antisportivo ancorché non violento;
- considerato pertanto, che più adeguata ai fatti occorsi si appalesa la sanzione della squalifica fino al 16 marzo 2010

(Reclamo della U.S.D. TERLIZZI CALCIO in opposizione ai provvedimenti disciplinari adottati dal Giudice Sportivo a carico della società per l’ammenda di € 1000,00 più diffida di cui alla delibera riportata sul Comunicato Ufficiale n. 40 del 28 Gennaio 2010 del Comitato Regionale Puglia).
