Joachim GHIRO (components) and with the participation of Mr. Domenico Cataldo (representative A.I.A.), nella riunione dell’1 Febbraio 2010 ha adottato i seguenti provvedimenti:

Gara: U.S.D. TERLIZZI - A.S.D. FORTIS TRANI del 3 Gennaio 2010.

(Reclamo della A.S.D. FORTIS TRANI in opposizione ai provvedimenti disciplinari adottati dal Giudice Sportivo a carico della società per ammenda di € 500,00 di cui alla delibera riportata sul Comunicato Ufficiale n. 37 del 7 Gennaio 2010 del Comitato Regionale Puglia).

- Esaminati gli atti ufficiali;
- letto il reclamo a margine citato;
- udito il rappresentante della ricorrente;
- esperite indagini;
- sentito l’assistente dell’arbitro che ha reso supplemento di rapporto;
